Chair: There is no hiking chair

We do everything from short, flat dayhikes in the early fall to mountaineering in the white mountains in the winter. The ROC takes short and long trips all year round, including most of the trails in mountains around New York, Massachusetts, and Vermont.

• Hiking policies fall under Class D Winter Mountaineering.
