These are the general requirements for any leadership in
the Rensselaer Outing Club.  Prospective leaders should
follow the Leadership Process as described in the Constitution.


1. Confer with the appropriate Activity Chair, to foster communication
   prior to the requested Ecomm meeting.

2. Meet the First Aid requirments of the Club as described
   in the First Aid section of these bylaws.

3. Demonstrate Leadership qualities.

4. Meet the skills requirements of the particular leadership 
   as described in the following activities bylaws.
